Hi, I'm Laura — founder of The Compassion Method.

The Compassion Method™ was born out of my desperate search for healing after the loss of my husband. In looking for every resource to help my family and I survive grief, I discovered layers of unprocessed pain, trauma, and emotional wounds that his passing had triggered. Beneath that grief, I uncovered past childhood pain and unmet needs that needed attention.
